HR Generalist

JDC has a great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to become part of a global HR team. The HR Generalist is responsible for providing professional HR management for our offices in the FSU as well as participating in the implementation and support of global/regional HR projects.



 Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, employee onboarding, and orientation.
  • Development of an annual training and development plan and assistance in its implementation, support of corporate L&D system.
  • Support of the annual Performance Review Process.
  • Participation in workforce planning and salary review processes.
  • Provision of data analysis and reports on an ongoing basis.
  • Participation in the development of new HR systems, processes, and operations to ensure greater efficiencies.
  • Support employee well-being (incl. organization of local and global corporate events, recognition programs, monitoring workplace well-being, and conducting surveys).
  • Consultation with managers and staff on various HR issues.
  • Higher education in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years experience in HR positions, preferably in a global company with a branch structure.
  • Ability to lead organizational processes, including remotely.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, Russian - mother tongue.
