Travel Coordinator

JDC is seeking a self-driven, organized, and motivated Travel Coordinator to join our team!

As a Travel Coordinator & Team leader, you will oversee the travel arrangements of individuals and groups, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, enforce Travel Policy adherence, work with vendors on a daily basis, generate reports and be in charge of other travel-related tasks.

What you'll do:

  • Team Leader of travel coordinators in JDC offices in the Former Soviet Union.
  • Professional guidance related to all travel aspects including selecting travel agencies, hotels, transportation companies, and ongoing travel.
  • Processing trip requests, and reviewing them for accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and Travel Policy adherence.
  • Creating/reviewing reports from the travel management system.
  • Reviewing and approving vendor bills and invoices before submitting for payment.
  • Leading ongoing projects.

Must have:

  • Russian - mother tongue level (written and verbal). English and Hebrew – fluent.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular working hours.
  • Technological capabilities and orientation.


  • Experience with ComBTAS, SAP Concur, and Excel - preferred.

  • Reports to: Director of Global Travel.
  • Location: Jerusalem.
  • Hybrid Position.
  • Hours: Full-time with the flexibility to work outside of the regular working hours.
