We believe that older adults are an asset — not just to their families, but to entire communities. This program channels decades of professional experience into one meaningful year of service, driving optimal aging through active, purposeful engagement in Israel’s renewal.

Volunteers live and serve in Israel’s periphery and border communities — places that need their expertise most — while becoming a genuine part of those communities.
