The “Code Red Song” is a proposed alternative coping mechanism for the emotional distress caused in the event of a missile attack for children and adults alike. By choosing to sing the song and perform its accompanying movements, the person opts for an alternative response, which in turn reflects an ability to internally handle the reality of the situation and reduce physical and emotional stress
