I PRO Skills for the Changing World of Work
Given the ever-changing trends in the world of work – from globalization to automation and digitization to demographic shifts like longer life spans – it is incumbent upon us to examine the way we think about employment, careers, and the skills required to integrate successfully into a dynamic labor market. The I-PRO model of changing workforce skills is a blueprint for the development of employment capabilities. It is designed to revamp current knowledge and tools, adapting and developing employment programs in accordance with a changing work climate.
