Summary

A brief explanation about the Leisure At Home activity kit that has been distributed to tens of thousands of isolated older adults throughout Israel.

The kit includes: an exercise ball, resistance band, balloon, pack of cards, packet of twelve, high-quality colored markers, coloring book, spices such as cinnamon sticks and accompanying recipes; and three workbooks that contain trivia, crossword puzzles, quizzes and memory games.
