Executive Director of Joint Israel. Sigal holds a Ph.D. from Tel Aviv University in the Department of Labor Studies, specializing in the fields of immigration and employment. In 2001, she joined the Research and Economics Administration at the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Labor and served there for six years. During this period, she was involved in the implementation and management of programs to integrate various populations into the workforce. In 2007, Sigal began working at Joint-TEVET, the joint employment project of Joint Israel and the Government of Israel, where she developed programs to benefit Arab society and immigrants and to improve relations with employers. Sigal was appointed director of Joint-TEVET in 2012, and in 2018, she became the CEO of Joint Israel.

Director of Joint Elka. Ori has held various positions since joining Joint Elka in 2013. For the past two years, he has served as Deputy CEO and Head of Cross Sector Collaboration. In this role Ori has been responsible for initiating and leading diverse partnerships between government and civil society aimed at strengthening shared work capabilities, cultivating networks of change agents, leading innovation in the public sector, and more. Prior to joining Joint Elka, Uri served as a strategic consultant to the BDO Group where he advised an array of private and public organizations. Ori holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University, and a Bachelor of Philosophy from the Hebrew University, both cum laude. Ori served in the Israeli Air Force as a fighter pilot and continues to serve as a reserve flight instructor.

Senior Deputy Director General for Strategy and Economic Planning at the Ministry of Health.

Acting CEO, Digital Israel National Bureau, National Digital Ministry. As the Acting CEO of the Digital Israel National Bureau, the strategic and operational arm of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, Asher leads the planning of the National Digital and Data Strategy and its implementation across different ministries and public organizations, such as the health system, the education system, the welfare system, local governments, the financial sector, and more. Asher believes that the job of the Digital Israel National Bureau is to assist the public sector organizations to be more focused on customer needs and to use the tools which the digital revolution has supplied, in order to provide the Israeli public with better and more efficient services. In his previous position as Deputy CEO of Digital Israel, Asher was in charge of implementing the Digital Israel workplans in the Economy Ministry, the Health Ministry, the Finance Ministry, the Justice Ministry, as well as in the Tax Authority and the among the financial regulators. Additionally, Asher managed the budget and the workplan of the Digital Israel National Bureau. Before joining Digital Israel, Asher held various positions in the Finance Ministry, including leading the Public Transportation Unit in the Budget Department. Asher holds a BA in economics and Jewish thought with honors from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. He is also an alumni of the “Rabin Pre-Military Academy”, “Atidim – Public Sector Cadets” Program, and the “Maoz Fellows” Program. Asher has been working in cooperation with the JDC Institute for Leadership and Governance (ELKA) since 2015 on projects such as “Digital Leaders for the National and Local Government”, a flagship program of Digital Israel, whose goal is to teach and train the human capital at the senior levels of national and local government about the digital revolution and its implications. The national government program is a product of the partnership between Digital Israel, the ICT Authority, and ELKA. The local government program is a product of the partnership between Digital Israel, the Interior Ministry, and ELKA. Today Asher is a member of the steering committee of the “ELKA Partnership” for advancing horizontal issues across government, and is the Chairman of the Committee for Digitization as part of this partnership.

CPA. As Acting CFO for JDC-Israel, Itamar Ben-Hur oversees the planning, monitoring and implementation of JDC-Israel's budget and its financial operation. Itamar brought both corporate and public sector experience to his work at JDC. Prior to his appointment in 2012 as CFO of Ashalim he worked at Menora Mivtachim Insurance Ltd, one of Israel's leading insurance companies. Before that he worked for two years at the Ministry of Finance, where he was in charge of the financial supervision of large public bodies, including insurance companies and pension funds. From this experience Itamar gained insight into the public sector, which has proven invaluable for JDC, whose largest partner is the Israeli Government. Itamar holds a BSc from the Hebrew University and an MBA from the College of Management Academic Studies, Rishon LeZion. He completed his CPA internship at the Jerusalem office of the multinational firm Price Waterhouse Coopers. Itamar lives in Jerusalem with his wife and three children. Itamar is a Major in the Israel Defense Forces, still actively serving in its Reserves.

Nadav is an observer on the Executive Committee on behalf of the Ministry of Housing and Construction. He is currently the director of the Central District in the Ministry of Construction and Housing. Previously, he served as senior director of the Properties and Companies Division, as deputy director of the Central District and as a senior advisor to the ministry's director general. He worked as assistant director of the Institute for Leadership and Government JDC ELKA, and served as chairman and director of the Natural Sciences Students Union and as Vice-Chairman of the Student Association of the Hebrew University. He holds a master's degree in the Public Policy Program from the Hebrew University and a bachelor's degree in physics and the "Amirim Ruach" program. Serves in the reserve as an officer in the Armored Brigade. Member of the Board of Directors of the "Present Miracle" organization for the promotion of social-community entrepreneurship. Lives in Tzur Hadassah, married to Michal and father of three daughters - Noam, Tal and Ayelet.

Moria heads the Education, Social Affairs and NPO Units in the Accountant General's Office of the Ministry of Finance. In her capacity, Moria is charged with improving and managing budgets for the Ministries of Social Affairs, Education and Labor. In addition, she is responsible for engagements with JDC. Moria joined the Accountant in March 2017 and served as the Head of Government Collections in the Finance Unit at the Accountant General. She was responsible for dealing with the challenges of handling government debts and improving state revenues including technological changes directed at helping citizens work with the government and reducing the amount of bureaucracy. Moria is an Economist and CPA. She holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University, a Master’s degree with an emphasis on Law from Bar Ilan University and is a graduate of the Directors and Senior Executives Course at Tel Aviv University.

Since August 2022 in the position of Senior Deputy Accountant General, responsible for the social ministries. Responsible for a total budget scope of approximately NIS 220 billion and also responsible for the field of government support. The Social Ministries Division is responsible, among other things, for executing the budget of the government's social ministries (health, education, culture and sports, the National Insurance Institute, immigration and absorption, welfare) and the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology. A division is concentrating many efforts in the Accountant General on the fight against the corona virus. In his previous positions: Manager of the Insurance, Credit and Collection Unit - Financing Division, Accountant General Division, and financial assistant to the Accountant General, both in the Ministry of Finance. Director of Strategy Innovation and Digital, The National Insurance Institute. Itzik graduated with a masters in public administration (MPA) from Harvard University. He obtained three degrees from Bar-Ilan University: a bachelor of law LLB with honors, a master of business administration (MBA) with honors, and an LLM with honors.

Senior Advisor to the Director General of the National Insurance Institute. Dealing with the areas of planning, research and policy promotion in the worlds of social security, employment, old age welfare and disabilities. Manages the Director General's relationship with the Knesset and the government. Former Acting Director of the Strategy and Knowledge Management Division at the National Insurance Institute, Director of Municipal Planning at the Ministry of the Interior and Coordinator of Knowledge Areas at the Civil Service Commission's Implementation Reform Headquarters. Graduate of MBA (Finance and Organizational Behavior) and BA in Psychology and Jewish Philosophy at the Hebrew University.

Director of Training and Development in Local municipalities, Ministry of Interior. The division includes four work environments: administrative reserves, training and knowledge, organizational development and innovation and digitization. Prior to that, she managed the Knowledge Division at the Ministry of the Interior from 2018, and was involved in the establishment of the new school for senior management in the local government. Before that, she managed policy development, research and foreign relations at the Civil Service Commission. She joined the civil service as part of the "Cadets for Civil Service" excellence program. Before that, she was a training manager in the business sector and a project manager in the third sector.

Director General, The Taub Center for Social Policy Studies in Israel. Kaidar has a comprehensive and longstanding familiarity with Israeli and international health and welfare services. He has extensive experience in public service in leading strategic processes, research, formulating reforms, and leading innovative processes in government ministries. Since 2006, he has held a series of managerial positions in the Ministry of Health. From 2014 to 2019, he served as Senior Deputy Director General and Head of the Strategic and Economic Planning Administration at the Ministry of Health, and from 2019 he served as Senior Deputy Director General and Head of the Strategy, Economic Planning, Research and Regulation Administration at the Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs. Mr. Kaidar holds a BA in economics, philosophy and public policy, and an MA in public policy, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Lives in Jerusalem, married to Zohar and Father of Beeri, Tamar and Maayan.

Vice President of Strategy and Policy Planning, Ministry of Economy and Industry. As part of her role, Michal led national initiatives and programs designed to bring about the development of the periphery and promote the economy, including a government decision for the development of the north, a strategic plan to encourage advanced manufacturing in Israeli industry, a government decision to promote the foodtech sector in the Finger of Galilee and leading a committee for the economic promotion of the trade and service industries. Michal has a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration from the Hebrew University, and is a graduate of various professional trainings, including management and leadership programs at Harvard University as part of the Wexner Foundation's senior network and the Maoz program. Michal, born in the Galilee, lives in Jerusalem, married and the mother of three daughters.

Adv., Vice President of Government and Society, Prime Minister's Office. Has 15 years of experience in management positions in the public sphere (economic-social), in partnerships in Israel and abroad, in infrastructure and digital projects, in policy planning, entrepreneurship and innovation. She has 8 years of experience as a director, member of executive committees and national councils (Airports Authority, Joint-Alka, National Council for Volunteering and more). In her previous position, Liron served as Deputy Director of Policy and Planning at the Ministry of Social Equality and was involved in the economic and social development of unique populations, alongside the establishment of the Intersectoral Forum for Inclusive Growth in Israel. Other previous positions: Director of National Projects in the Prime Minister's Office (one of the founders of the National Headquarters "Digital Israel"), advisor to the CEO of the Ministry of Communications. Education and Training: Lawyer (Hebrew University), holds a master's degree in business administration (MBA Bar Ilan) and a master's degree in public policy (cadet program for the civil service), graduate of training for senior directors (HaMiL), graduate of legal internship at the legal bureau of the Ministry of Economy. Married and mother of 3 children, lives in Tel Aviv.

Coordinator of the welfare and national insurance team in the budget division of the Ministry of Finance. The team deals with budgeting and policy formulation in the fields of welfare and social security in Israel. Has a bachelor's degree in economics from Ben Gurion University and a master's degree in business administration from Tel Aviv University.

Director of strategy and planning. As Director of Strategy and planning, Danielle coordinates organizational planning and thinking, and fosters JDC Israel’s relationship with strategic partners at home and abroad. In her previous positions, she led projects in organizational and strategic consulting, research, and evaluation for Deloitte and Lotem consulting companies, Haifa University and Clalit Health Services. In the last few years she served as a freelance consultant for a variety of organizations including Ministry of the Interior, Hapoalim bank and Maoz. Over the years she has been involved in building strategic plans and performance evaluation models in a variety of business and public organizations and highlights the importance of data-based strategies as a tool for creating impact. Holds a master's degree in organizational-social psychology from Bar Ilan University.

Prof. Michael Hartal, MD, MPH, has been the Executive Director of the Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute since 2017. He is a public health physician by training, and has spent the majority of his career strengthening population health practice and policy in the public service. Prof. Hartal received his MD degree from Ben-Gurion University Medical School in 1995 and a Masters of Public Health from the Hebrew University Braun School of Public Health in 2002. Prior to coming to MJB, Prof. Hartal served as a medical officer in the Israel Defense Forces for over 20 years, attaining the rank of lieutenant colonel. Having completed varied assignments as an epidemiologist, a public health officer and a health services administrator, he attended the IDF Command and Staff College in 2010 and assumed command of the IDF public health agency. He later headed the Academy and Research Branch of the Medical Corps, where he held responsibility for the research programs of the IDF’s four medical research institutes.
