Loneliness is a sensation we all experience on different levels at different times. These feelings may intensify with age and heighten in times of crisis. Communication with caregivers, family members and friends plays a crucial role in alleviating loneliness. It provides meaningful human contact and allows for heart-to-heart conversations that can empower older adults. In Good Hands is an eight-part video series providing information, tools, and guiding principles for older people, and their caregivers.
