JDC-Israel Unlimited is looking for an administrative coordinator.

Job description:

  • Assistance with administrative tasks for department heads and program managers: coordination of team members, operating digital systems, making and receiving phone calls, coordination of tours and visits, ordering equipment, and coordination with suppliers.
  • Calendar management for department heads and program managers, coordination of meetings and professional committees with many participants
  • Administrative support for events and materials, including work with internal and external parties, coordination, monitoring, and managing of print and digital materials, preparation for seminars and conferences, support in marketing the department's materials.
  • Procurement - ordering services and goods from suppliers, payments via the financial system.
  • Assistance to External Relations Director – translations, proofing of proposals and reports in English, mission planning, updating marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Experience in office management and administrative work of at least 3 years – mandatory
  • Technological orientation and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom (ability to host meetings, divide into rooms, and technically support multi-participant meetings).
  • Background in managing budgets, price quotes, and payments. Experience working with SAP an advantage.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and multitask, ability to meet deadlines.
  • High interpersonal and communication skills, customer service skills, and ability to work on a team.
  • Native Hebrew speaker - high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • English - high level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in producing materials and events - advantage

  • Location: JDC offices in Jerusalem, hybrid - requires coming to the office 2-3 times a week
